Our first sustainability report is here

Dynatec SMV has published its first sustainability report, covering environment and climate, social responsibility and responsible business conduct in 2025.

The report shows our greenhouse gas inventory, prepared in accordance with the GHG Protocol. It shows a total footprint of 1,688 tCO₂e, with 93 per cent in Scope 3 – primarily purchased goods and materials. Our own operations are already energy- efficient, powered by electricity from the Norwegian grid and supported by investments in solar panels, thermal wells, heat pumps and advanced energy monitoring. Oil mist and welding fume filtration systems across production keep indoor air quality high, and EV charging is available on site for employees.

In 2025 148 tonnes of metals were sorted for recycling, around 80 per cent of all waste to material recycling, and only 60 kilograms to landfill.

«The honest conclusion is that our greatest impact lies in the value chain – and that is where we will direct our efforts.» says CEO Kristian Berger.

The report also covers Dynatec’s efforts related safety, competence development and apprenticeships, and responsible business conduct
