Om stillingen
Som sveiser hos DYNATEC SMV blir du en viktig del av vår produksjon. Du vil arbeide med sveising av karbonstål til ulike prosjekter, og bidra til at produksjonen gjennomføres effektivt, trygt og i henhold til gjeldende kvalitets- og HMS-krav.
Stillingen passer for deg som liker praktisk arbeid, har god tegningsforståelse og ønsker å utvikle deg videre i et solid fagmiljø.
Dine arbeidsoppgaver
Arbeidsoppgavene vil blant annet omfatte:
- Sveising av karbonstål i henhold til relevante krav, prosedyrer og standarder
- Produksjon og sammenstilling etter tegninger og teknisk dokumentasjon
- Kontroll av eget arbeid med fokus på kvalitet og nøyaktighet
- Bidra til effektiv gjennomføring av prosjekter til riktig tid og kvalitet
- Samarbeid med prosjektledere, formenn og øvrige kollegaer i produksjonen
- Samarbeid med avdelinger som arbeider med rustfritt stål og aluminium ved behov
- Bidra til et trygt og ryddig arbeidsmiljø i tråd med HMS-krav
- Delta i forbedringsarbeid og bidra til gode arbeidsrutiner
Vi ser etter deg som har
- Fagbrev som sveiser, platearbeider eller tilsvarende
- Relevant erfaring kan kompensere for manglende fagbrev
- Erfaring med sveising av karbonstål
- Gjerne gyldige sveisesertifikater
- God tegningsforståelse
- Evne til å arbeide selvstendig og strukturert
- Fokus på kvalitet, nøyaktighet og HMS
- Positiv innstilling og gode samarbeidsevner
- Fleksibilitet og vilje til å bidra der det trengs

Head of Welding, Sheet Metal and Manual Machining
Annual career fair at Askimhallen
This Wednesday, we had the pleasure of taking part in the annual career fair at Askimhallen.
Each year, our goal is the same:
- to show young people what we do,
- to give insight into modern industry,
- and to inspire them to consider a career within our field.
We brought along a laser engraver, a Renishaw Equator CMM, and our own product PallMate – a palletizing robot designed to efficiently move boxes from conveyor belts onto pallets.
In addition, we showcased selected parts that demonstrated our capabilities in CNC milling, highlighting precision, quality, and modern machining expertise.
The laser engraver was, once again, a crowd favorite.
Visitors had names and messages engraved on items such as glasses cases, mobile phones, covers, bags, and more, which generated great interest and engagement.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand for the great conversations and genuine curiosity.
We are already looking forward to next year!
Dynatec SMV AS Strengthens Leadership for Future Growth
Kristian Berger Appointed as New CEO
Dynatec SMV AS is strengthening its leadership team to meet future demands and opportunities in a rapidly evolving industry. Kristian Berger has been appointed as the new CEO. He brings extensive experience in strategy and business development from his work as a consultant at Sprint Consulting and leadership roles in Eika Gruppen, Aller Media, and Haugen-Gruppen.
– I am excited to start working with the team in Dynatec SMV. The company has a strong position and significant opportunities for further growth. I look forward to build on the solid foundation and contributing to the development of new solutions that create value for our customers, says Kristian Berger, the new CEO of Dynatec SMV.
At the same time, Ole Martin Støten transitions into the role of CTO (Chief Technology Officer). He will take on the critical responsibility of digitizing
workflows and optimizing production processes. This will enhance the company’s efficiency and strengthen its competitive edge.

Vestby Upper Secondary School Visits Dynatec SMV: An Educational Day for the Chemistry 2 Class
On Thursday, December 19th, Dynatec SMV welcomed the Chemistry 2 class from Vestby Upper Secondary School. The students were given a unique opportunity to learn more about how chemistry and technology are applied in practice within the industry. The visit is part of Dynatec SMV's commitment to strengthening collaboration with regional schools and inspiring young people to pursue science and technology.
The day began with an introduction to the company, where the students were presented with Dynatec SMV's history, operations, and specialization in machining and technological solutions. Following this, the group was given a tour of the production facilities, gaining valuable insights into advanced manufacturing processes and how modern technology is used to solve complex challenges.
The Chemistry 2 teacher emphasized the importance of such company visits: “The students gained valuable insights into how their subjects can be applied in the workplace. This helps motivate them to pursue further studies in science.”
Dynatec SMV views collaboration with local schools as an important part of its social responsibility and as a way to help ensure recruitment for technology-driven careers in the future.
“We want to show students the opportunities available within the industry while inspiring them to explore the exciting career paths that science and technology open up,” says Robin Bråthen, Training Manager at Dynatec SMV.
Dynatec SMV collaborates with several schools in the region to build bridges between education and the workforce. The visit from Vestby Upper Secondary School was an excellent example of how such partnerships can provide students with valuable experiences and insights.
With this visit, we hope to have sparked a passion in these young science enthusiasts, and we look forward to welcoming more school classes in the future.
